Trina murdering a shoot
Trina posed recently for Louis Vuitton forcing another round of haters saying that she's a bit too plump. Not I, she definitely is killing it.
Personally, I'm thinking these are not finished, there are no backdrops or scenery, bad full-lighting. But so who cares about a little cellulite when her fingers are always looking stubby and chewed? And why do her toes always look all on top of each other?
And earlier today I was down in the cafeteria ordering a sandwich, when a younger chick nears me with one of these lacefronts - looking a mess, (just want to throw out there that those wigs are only for women normal to large foreheaded women. They shorten your forhead by at least an inch or more.)
So me and the chick started talking and she admitted to me that she hasn't taken off that wig for 2 months because it is glued on. WTF. I recently tried a little hair and remembered why I liked short hair. I like to wash my hair, and for it to smell fresh. How often do black people wash their hair? I can't go 7 days without washing my hair. But I see that some people go much longer. I'm just thinking and typing...............typing and thinking............yeah, it's nasty to go two months without washing your hair.
I haven't been blogging lately. It seemed like there wasn't anything newsworthy happening, but there was.
Today Obama's administration was able to bring down the CEO of GM, Rick Wagoner. Now will better cars come out of GM? 'cause they been pushin out junk for a while.
Chris Brown is going on Oprah to beg for Rhianna back, yeah whatev', O is not havin' it. Speaking of Oprah - The girls over at her school been sexin' each other up - what in the hell? it's been happening though. Second scandal for the school in 2 years. Close down that school, and try again elsewhere O.
Mike Tyson says rape in Documentary is not true.
VH1's New York is getting yet another reality TV show.
I can't deny my ol' school yearning so this is what I'm listening to today
Love to you.

This is a sad story. Larry Fitzpatrick Sr. and his son tried to free the dying lady, Helen Jackson, from the MBTA, the Boston transit system's escalator. Her hair and scarf was caught in the grid, and Mr. Fitzpatrick tried to free her as people hurried on their way, knowingly or unknowingly what was going on, and not stopping to help. A few tried to help, but somebody had to have scissors, a knife, razor, box cutter, nail clippers...something. He said his son ran to try to get more people to come and help, but no one would come.
I can understand how some would be reluctant to follow someone back to an area to "help" someone, but this was in a public area, and there seems to be no excuse for the cold, heartless act on not helping some. Often, people don't want to get involved. Mr. Fitzpatrick Sr. is still shaken up in the video, and probably will be affected by this for a long time.
In the interviews, he talked about how he tried to free her and he was holding her hand, telling her to hold on and reassuring her that help would soon be on the way and that everything was going to be okay. Then he tells how her breathing slowed and she just stopped breathing. This is outrageous. What kind of society are we living in?
The Boston Globe described the woman:
"Jackson was a vibrant woman, they said, a former teacher's aide and bus driver who spent her retirement years volunteering at a local day-care center. She walked with a cane but would travel anywhere."
Oh yeah. The Globe thought this was relevant and of the utmost importance that you and I know about: "A Globe review found that Fitzpatrick has a lengthy criminal history, but he said he holds nothing against authorities and, if asked, would provide his account to police."
What the bleep does this have to do with the price of eggs? The man was trying to save someone's life, and we needed to know this? Come on Globe. Do better. They had to slip that in there. This story does illustrate a criminal record does not prevent people from having compassion and a sense of doing what's right for others. But that tidbit was totally irrelevant, and uncalled for.
Before people jump on the "Boston is a racist city" bandwagon; I'd like to add this comment someone left on the Boston Globe comments section:
"This is an stomach turning story, however I know there is opportunity for valuable learning. Apathy of all forms is not isolated to Boston or the United States, rather it is an issue in every corner of the world. For those who lay blame on anyone including Police officers, T employees, Bostonians, or Americans I invite them to contemplate an issue in their lives they ignore. "---gpgmass
For those that say "Boston is a racist city"...okay. Where were the black people, who take the T? Surely, there were many in that station that day and at the time of this incident. That man and his son, were not the only blacks in that station. I guarantee that. This is a PEOPLE problem.

For this being the monday after spring-forward I'm feeling aight. I spent some time with my family this weekend, some romantic time with my man, and did some shopping. Better than some recent lackluster feelings of boredom and frustration.
It's been three years since I got married and admitting that is is hard is easy - it is identifying the culprits that's hard. I thought one problem was that we never go anywhere. But infact it's that I get bored easily. It's a problem I have always had, but I guessed I would shed once I got older and more mature. not so.
I quickly pick up most anything, sequential processes, theories, hobbies, anything tactile, anything. If I can view the steps I can surely recreate it within a few tries. But after I master something I move on. So I struggle with doing anything with constancy. Things just bore me, and it's all becuase I'm so talented. true. Disciplined life bores me. It is the culprit to why I put great books down, never finish poems, songs or stories in my head. It's happend with religeon, college, my interest in hair, one day - even this blog......Not family though - I do that with rhythm.
I looked around the internet and I found a few noteworthy things to try:
Try Absolute Solitude For A Couple of Hours Absolute solitude, without human contact, cellphones, computers, television, books or magazines, could perhaps be one of the most boring things you have done in a long time, but the purpose is to find out what you want to do. You have to fill that time, and after a couple of hours, half a day or so you might have done some good interrupted thinking, and this might help you in the long run to battle boredom. It is not dangerous (in most cases) to be bored, learn from the experience. Try To Find Out What Makes You Happy If you lack self-awareness it is more likely that you will become bored. Lack of self-awareness can also make you feel a profound sense of meaninglessness. Question yourself and take a look at yourself. Observe and note your thoughts and feelings, and reflect upon your life. When do you get bored? When are you not bored? What do you like? Some people are more prone to boredom than others, are you one of them? Try to find the answers within yourself. Remember that is what you like. It is whatever you find interesting, pleasing, or satisfying. Use Boredom To Get Motivated Be creative and use mental images to stimulate your thoughts. Being bored can motivate you do try something new, or perhaps even invent something new. It is important to be able to entertain yourself and to avoid easy solutions and entertainments. We are surrounded by passive entertainments such as television, iPods, and computer games. Taking active part in activities such as playing games, sport, a musical instrument, are more likely to help to develop ways to cope with boredom. Change Your Thoughts Your thoughts can actually change your behaviour. Changing your mind about things will create a different attitude. Being bored is in your mind; you cannot look at the world and say that it is boring. Try to remember when you were not bored, when you were completely engaged in an activity. It seems like those who are fully focused on the present are the happiest. Engaging in the present and appreciating the things you are doing will make you forget about boredom. Start with little things, focus on your experience while engaged in a routine task, and then spend less and less time thinking about the past or the future. Disengaged people get bored, so take part in life. Fullness of experience makes you less bored, not focusing on future goals or achievements, or buying new things. Accept The Situation and Free Your Mind Fully accepting whatever situation you are in and making the most of it is one way to conquer the feelings of boredom. You can either resist the activity and do something else, or accept it and embrace the situation. Unchain yourself and remember that freedom is in your mind.I am willing, so I won't assume that these things too will bore me. I am embracing the entire revolution - the change as well.
